It’s Nice That inspires the global creative community. As a leading voice in design, it champions diverse talent, showcases original work, shares industry insights, and nurtures creative growth—keeping audiences inspired at work and beyond.

While their focus is typically on elevating the work of the world’s leading creatives, there are times when the in-house team develops designs that resonate directly with their audience. With strategic input from creative agency BUCK, I was tasked to write the brand book—a guide to It’s Nice That’s visual tone of voice. This document defines the brand’s design ethos, outlines audience personas, and provides clear direction on how design principles should be applied—and when.

The brand book now underpins creative briefs, guides published content, and ensures strategic alignment across all of It’s Nice That’s creative output.
